2 dientes de ajo<br />
1 vaso de aceite de oliva<br />
1/2 cucharadita de vinagre<br />
1 huevo<br />
1 cucharadita rasa de sal<br />

PREPARACIÓN</h6>
<span style="font-weight: bold;">1. </span> Ponemos en un vaso de batidora el huevo, el aceite, los dientes de ajo (los troceados un poco), el pimentón y la sal.<br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">2. </span>Metemos la batidora hasta el fondo del vaso y batimos sin levantar la (esto es lo mas importante). Cuando empiece a espesar añadimos el vinagre, levantamos y batimos de arriba hacia abajo hasta quede espesa.<br />
